Requirements:

Customer Service or sales experience required; dental experience required! Dental Radiology Certification a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Welcoming kiddos and making them feel comfortable. Presenting orthodontic treatment plans and explaining insurance coverage & financing options. Ensuring all necessary treatment documentation is completed, signed, and accurate. Schedule and confirm appointments. Creating a fun and engaging experience for each kiddo. Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
