Dental office experience required and should know front office processes: answering phones, scheduling patients, recalls, collections, insurance verifications, etc. Our ideal candidate would have experience in the dental industry and be comfortable delivering treatment options to patients along with discussing financing options. Understanding dental insurance is required. Great opportunity for the right candidate to work for an outstanding 100% Dentist owned-and-operated company. Great personality, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are all very important. Provide exceptional patient care and services: greet patients warmly and with a smile, assist patients with check-in/out procedures, scheduling/re-scheduling/canceling patient appointments, communicate with insurance providers and the insurance team on behalf of the patient's needs, and answer questions for patients to the best of your ability, enter and present treatment plans to patients. Answer phones Enter and update patient information into the system Arrange referrals for patients as needed Maintain patient waiting area to ensure it's presentable at all times Perform general office duties such as: photocopying, faxing, and filing We are a patient-oriented practice and strive to provide the highest level of dental care to the families of our community.
