Job description: At Gluck Orthodontics, we believe a confident smile can change someone's life. For over 40 years, our privately owned orthodontic practice has been helping Nashville families feel great about their smiles while delivering Legendary Service. We're looking for a Treatment Coordinator who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping patients confidently move forward with orthodontic treatment. This role is not a front desk position. Instead, you'll guide new patients through consultations, explain treatment and financial options, and help them feel excited about starting their smile journey.

What You'll Do:

You'll play a key role in helping patients turn their excitement about a better smile into starting treatment. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Welcoming new patients and creating a great first impression Leading patients and parents through the consultation process with confidence Clearly presenting treatment options and helping patients understand the value of orthodontic care Presenting financial options and confidently guiding patients to start treatment Following up with patients to convert pending cases into starts Managing insurance benefits and simplifying financial conversations Communicating via phone, email, and text in a professional and engaging manner Taking clinical records (photos, digital scans) and X-rays (or obtaining licensure with our support) Strengthening referral relationships and contributing to practice growth Delivering the Legendary Gluck Experience every step of the way Who We're Looking For We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven professional who thrives in a role where relationships + communication + influence = success.
