5/20/2026 About the Role Clarvida is seeking a Care Coordinator I to provide therapeutic services, case coordination, and resource linkage to individuals and families. In this role, you will work closely with clients and their support systems—including families, courts, and community partners—to promote behavioral change, stability, and overall well-being. This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, organized, and comfortable working in community settings while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
