The Role:

As our Treatment Coordinator, you are the face of our practice and the driving force behind our growth. You will guide new patients from their very first consultation through the start of their smile journey. This is a dynamic role that blends clinical understanding, relationship building, and sales strategy. What You'll Do Welcome and connect: Give new patients and families an incredible first impression during their initial consultation.

Present treatment plans:

Clearly explain orthodontic diagnoses, treatment options, and financial plans.

Close the deal:

Confidently handle objections and guide patients to start treatment.

Coordinate care:

Manage follow-ups with pending patients and act as their primary point of contact.

Bring positive energy to the office every single day to keep our culture thriving. What We Are Looking For Orthodontic experience: You must have a solid baseline of orthodontic knowledge to speak confidently about treatments (braces, Invisalign, etc.).
