A Dental Treatment Coordinator is responsible for guiding patients through their dental care journey by coordinating treatment plans, scheduling appointments, explaining procedures and financial options, and ensuring an excellent patient experience. They act as the communication link between the dentist, clinical team, and patients to help patients understand and commit to recommended treatment.
