Lead public speaking engagements, workshops, and presentations to promote program awareness and foster community engagement. Collect and analyze data related to outreach activities, client feedback, and program outcomes to inform continuous improvement efforts. Manage marketing materials to enhance visibility and promote upcoming events or initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in volunteer management, community outreach, or grassroots organizing within diverse communities. Supervising experience with teams or volunteers in fast-paced environments. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage audiences of varied backgrounds. Knowledge of program development, project management, and social media management tools. Experience working with individuals from underserved communities or those affected by addiction or public health issues. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data collection and administrative tasks. Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable; fluency in Spanish is requiered. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration with community partners. Background in social work, public health, or related fields preferred; CPR certification is a plus. Exceptional written communication skills for report writing, marketing content, and client correspondence.
