Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Treatment Coordinator with at least 2 years of dental experience to join our team. In this role, you'll be the friendly face guiding patients through their treatment plans, helping them understand their options, and ensuring a seamless financial process. If you're enthusiastic, organized, and love connecting with people, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
Greet patients warmly and make them feel at ease during their visit. Present treatment plans clearly and professionally, ensuring patients understand their options and feel confident about their care. Discuss financial arrangements, including insurance benefits and payment options. Track and follow up on outstanding treatment cases to maximize patient care and case acceptance. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in our practice management system. Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to provide a smooth patient experience.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice, preferably in treatment coordination or a similar role. A bubbly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance plans. Proficiency in dental software systems (experience with [system name, e.g., Open Dental] is a plus). A genuine passion for helping patients and making a difference in their lives.
