Previous dental office experience is required. We value teamwork and recognize our team's contributions. Weekly team bonuses are available when practice goals are met. Because we are a small private practice, we are looking for a true team player . While you will have primary responsibilities, we expect everyone to step in and help throughout the office when needed rather than limiting themselves to a specific task list. Responsibilities Review treatment plans, fees, insurance estimates, and payment options with patients. Help patients understand recommended treatment and move forward with their care. Follow up on unscheduled treatment and assist with scheduling and financial arrangements. Verify dental insurance benefits and explain estimated patient responsibility. Help maintain an efficient and productive schedule. Assist with check-in/check-out, phone calls, payments, insurance claims, and billing questions. Maintain accurate patient records and provide excellent customer service. Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to create a positive patient experience. Pitch in wherever needed to support the team and keep the office running smoothly. Qualifications Previous dental office experience is
REQUIRED.
Experience with treatment coordination, dental insurance, scheduling, and presenting treatment plans is preferred. Experience with Open Dental software is a plus. Spanish or Vietnamese speaking is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial arrangements with patients. Dependable, positive, proactive, and willing to help wherever needed. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, notices when a teammate needs help, and understands that in a small dental office, everyone works together to get the job done.
