This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You'll operate as your own contractor, working jobs we send your way, with real earning potential tied directly to the work you complete. We're looking for someone with pressure washing or window cleaning experience. That said, if you're a hard worker with the right attitude and no experience, we're still open to training the right person. If you like working outdoors, enjoy seeing immediate results, and want to run your own schedule, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Clean exterior and interior windows on residential and commercial properties Pressure wash driveways, sidewalks, siding, fences, and other exterior surfaces Perform soft washing on roofs, gutters, and delicate surfaces using low-pressure methods Safely operate extension poles, squeegees, ladders, and pressure washing equipment Tow our equipment trailer to and from job sites Maintain and take care of equipment between jobs Communicate professionally with clients on-site Requirements Reliable vehicle capable of towing an equipment trailer (truck or SUV with a hitch) Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Punctual, dependable, and coachable Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Willing to follow safety procedures and company standards Exterior cleaning experience is a plus, not required Skills Window cleaning or pressure washing knowledge preferred Physical stamina (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods) Strong attention to detail, quality results every time Time management, complete jobs efficiently and on schedule Professional communication, represent the company well with every client Why Join Us?
