Resident Care Coordinator Position:

Must have 3-5 years of healthcare related experience Assist in scheduling the Care Partners to ensure full coverage of all shifts and reducing and/or eliminating overtime or agency use Responsible for maintaining a 4-week rolling master care schedule Knowledge and understanding of block scheduling PSL is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
