The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention-to-detail and will be intelligent, organized, dependable, driven, forward-thinking, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate exceptional customer service Prepare, coordinate, and lead huddles with staff Monitor all patient treatment rooms and ensure parents/patients are satisfied with their experience throughout their appointment Explain treatment plans to parents/patients Determine insurance coverage, discuss financial information, and collect co-pays, deductibles, and balances Schedule recall appointments and future appointments according to the doctor's recommended treatment plan Post daily procedures into patient's chart Check the day sheet against patient clinical notes and the routing slips and balance daily deposits Complete daily production, collection, and deposit reports All other duties as assignedQualifications:
Minimum of one year of dental experience is required Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and dental insurance Practice management software experience with Open Dental Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Exceptional written/verbal communication skills Ability to educate patients on their oral health to encourage them to accept their recommended treatment Remain organized, systematic, and have good follow-through Ability to work between 830-5 from Monday through Saturday wth a day off during the week. Background checks are requiredJob Type:
Full-time Pay:
