$20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience) + Monthly Bonus About Us - Red Balloon Family Dentistry is a well-established, two-provider general dental practice focused on delivering high-quality care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. We offer a wide range of services including preventative and restorative dentistry. Our office is modern, efficient, and growth-focused—utilizing Dentrix Ascend as our practice management system, outsourcing most insurance billing. We take pride in maintaining a positive culture while also holding a high standard when it comes to performance, accountability, and patient care. Position Overview We are seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator who can confidently present comprehensive treatment plans—while also supporting day-to-day front office responsibilities. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who understands both case acceptance strategy and front office operations , and is comfortable being a key point of contact for patients. Key Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans clearly, confidently, and accurately Help patients understand the value of recommended care and move forward with treatment Support front desk operations including answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting patients Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently Answer insurance-related questions and provide general guidance (billing is largely outsourced) Follow up on pending and unscheduled treatment Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Collaborate closely with doctors and team to ensure a smooth patient experience Contribute to achieving office KPIs, including case acceptance, production, and collections Qualifications Proven dental office experience required (this is not an entry-level role) Must have a strong, working knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and tooth numbering Comfortable and confident presenting extensive treatment plans. Ability to clearly explain treatment to patients without relying on clinical staff Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus Important Note We are looking for candidates with true dental knowledge and experience . The ability to accurately understand and explain treatment plans—including procedures and tooth numbers—is essential to success in this role.
