Job Description

Resident Care Coordinator - Join Our Senior Living Leadership Team Aspen Alcove at Clinton is looking for a compassionate, organized, and dependable Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to join our leadership team. This is more than just a management position - it's an opportunity to be an advocate for residents, a resource for families, and a supportive leader for the caregivers who provide hands-on care every day. What You'll Do Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day care needs of residents Help develop, implement, and maintain individualized resident care plans Monitor resident conditions and ensure changes in physical, emotional, or behavioral needs are appropriately addressed and communicated Communicate with residents, families, providers, home health, hospice, and other members of the care team Supervise, support, and provide direction to CNAs, caregivers, and MedTechs Assist with caregiver scheduling and help maintain appropriate staffing coverage Interview, hire and train new care staff and provide ongoing coaching and education Ensure resident care, documentation, and routine checks are completed accurately and consistently Help coordinate resident pharmacy needs, physician orders, and other care-related services Respond professionally and compassionately to resident and family concerns Promote a positive team culture built on accountability, communication, respect, and quality care Work closely with the Administrator, Nurse and other department leaders to support the overall operation of the community Maintain resident confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and applicable assisted living regulations What We're Looking For Previous experience in assisted living, senior living, memory care, or a related healthcare setting Previous leadership, supervisory, or care coordination experience preferred CNA or other healthcare experience strongly preferred MedTech experience preferred Current CPR/BLS certification preferred Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Compassionate, dependable, professional, and solution-oriented approach Strong attention to detail and documentation Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members Why Join Our Team? Full-Time Schedule:
Full-Time / Day Shift with flexibility as needed
Pay:
