We are focused on providing personalized quality care through hope, compassion, and dedication to excellence! We are currently looking to hire a passionate and service- minded leader to serve as our Resident Care Coordinator and become a key member of our health services team! Our ideal applicant will have a CNA license and have weekend availability to work Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30pm and be willing to fill in for shifts as needed. What will make this individual successful? Leading with optimism. Serving team members, residents, and family members. Cultivating a customer service culture within the team. Establishing expectations and holding team members accountable. Creating an engaging and fun work environment. Responsibilities for our Resident Care Coordinator include the following: Filling other gaps in CNA/Med Tech schedule, as needed fill in for regular shifts. Maintaining CNA/Med Tech schedule. Assisting with new hire training as assigned by the administration. Maintaining MAR, handling communication regarding medications, cycling medications, and maintaining an organized medication cart. Coordinating with Home Health and Hospice Companies. Organizing monthly In-service training. Maintaining shift change notes. Communicating regularly with administration. Fulfilling other duties as assigned by administration.
