In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients beginning orthodontic treatment, guiding them through their journey with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energetic approach will ensure patients feel confident, informed, and supported from their initial consultation through the beginning of their treatment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend administrative expertise with exceptional patient care, contributing directly to our mission of creating beautiful smiles and transforming lives. Responsibilities Welcome patients warmly and coordinate their appointments efficiently, ensuring a smooth patient flow. Educate patients on orthodontic procedures, treatment plans, and post-care instructions with clarity and enthusiasm. Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with health insurance questions related to orthodontic coverage. Confidently discuss treatment fees, and payment arrangements. Prepare and review financial contracts with patients. Schedule consultations, follow-up visits, and treatment starts using patient management software. Communicate proactively via phone and client communication channels to confirm appointments and provide updates. Skills Proven experience in a dental office environment with strong knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology. Proficiency in dental software, with a preference for candidates familiar with orthodontic specific patient management software. . Familiarity with health regulation policies to ensure compliance with privacy standards such as HIPAA. Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for patients of all ages. Effective phone communication skills combined with client-focused interaction abilities. Knowledge of dental insurance processes including benefits verification and claims submission.
