Smile Coordinator at PineCrest Dental We're looking for someone our patients will remember. Inviting, goal oriented and good at taking care of people. You'll be the friendly face who keeps our patients happy, the schedule running smoothly, and coordinates their care from start to finish. A big part of that is helping patients understand their treatment and their options. We are looking for someone comfortable talking about cost and financing, helping patients understand the reason to stop putting off the care that they need. If you're driven, love helping people, and want to help this practice grow by taking great care of every patient, we'd love to meet you. What you'd actually do all day You're the patient's point of contact. You keep them happy, get them scheduled, and coordinate their care so everything runs smoothly. When the doctor recommends treatment, you sit down with the patient, explain it in plain English, and walk them through their options. Keeping the schedule full and following up with patients who still need care. You'll be great here if you: Love people and make patients feel genuinely taken care of Stay organized and keep a busy schedule running smoothly Are driven and goal-oriented, wanting to help the practice grow.
