Our patients are of all ages and many have been with us for 10+ years. We our seeking to add a team member that is passionate and driven to excel. Communication and strong work ethic is critical. Duties Proficient at explaining and presenting dental treatment and procedures to patients. Capable of interpreting dental insurance benefits accurately Comfortable discussing financials with patients. Preparing detailed treatment plans for presentation to patients Coordinating patient appointments and managing provider schedules appropriately Organizing appropriate follow ups calls and tracking treatment plan acceptance statistics Working well with team to elevate the practice. Experience Custom service Knowledge of Dental terminology Familiarity with Electronic Health Record system Demonstrated ability to handle interpretation of dental insurance benefits. Prior experience in dental treatment presentation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with patients, providers, and insurance representatives.
