Job Description

FamiDental is hiring a bilingual Dental Treatment Coordinator for our Fredericksburg/Falmouth, VA office. We're looking for an experienced, organized, and genuinely personable team member to join our practice and help guide patients through their care with clarity and confidence. In this role, you'll present and explain treatment plans in easy-to-understand terms, walk patients through cost estimates and financing or payment options, and coordinate scheduling across multiple appointments and providers to keep everything running smoothly. You'll also work closely with our clinical team and front desk staff to make sure every patient has a positive, well-coordinated experience from diagnosis all the way through treatment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required , as you'll be a key point of contact for our Spanish-speaking patients throughout their entire treatment journey — this isn't just a nice-to-have, it's essential to the role. Prior experience in a dental office setting is also required , whether your background is in treatment coordination, dental assisting, front desk, or a similar patient-facing role. Beyond the required experience and language skills, what matters most to us is strong communication, real attention to detail, and a genuine patient-first attitude — someone who cares about helping patients feel informed and comfortable with their care, not just moving them through the schedule. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you — interested candidates should send a resume to apply.
