  • Job Description
  • The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all incoming referrals, patients, and referral sources.

This role is essential in creating a welcoming first impression by providing exceptional customer service with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

+ Answer incoming calls from patients and referral sources in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.

+ Schedule new patient appointments and process incoming referrals accurately.

+ Provide information regarding Rehab Associates' services, clinic locations, and registration process.

+ Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance trends, direct access regulations, referral sources, FOTO, and the Rehab Associates website.

+ Accurately collect and enter patient information while maintaining attention to detail.

+ Protect patient confidentiality at all times by adhering to HIPAA regulations and company privacy policies.

+ Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience from the first interaction.

  • Qualifications
  • + High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.

+ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

+ Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.

+ Proficient computer and data entry skills.

+ Passion for providing an outstanding patient experience.
