Job Description

Help provide compassionate care when it matters most - join our Crisis services team! Full-time position to coordinate care provided to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis at The Lighthouse. This position will triage incoming phone calls, link individuals and families to team members for services and ensure that all parties are informed of the status of individuals receiving or needing care at The Lighthouse, the emergency department and local jails. Care Coordinators also facilitate discharge to higher or lower levels of care as determined by the Crisis Clinician. A bachelor's degree in human services is preferred along with one year experience in working in either a behavioral health or medical setting. Must have a valid driver's license. Shifts for this position are Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 7 am to 7 pm.
