Treatment Coordinator Help us create amazing orthodontic experiences - one smile at a time! About the Role We're looking for a warm, confident, organized and people-loving Treatment Coordinator to join our orthodontic team! You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our patients; from their first visit through the start of treatment. We're looking for someone who loves connecting with people, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in getting the details right. What You'll Do Welcome patients and families with genuine warmth and enthusiasm Assist Dr. Ashmore with all New Patient Exams, Consultations, and Observation appointments Capture and manage patient photos and X-rays Guide new patients through every step of their orthodontic journey from the first phone call to starting treatment Present findings and treatment recommendations with detailed patient education Communicate clearly with patients with meaningful conversations about treatment options, investment, and financial concerns Help patients understand their financial options and determine payment estimates Complete treatment paperwork, consent forms, contracts, and other necessary documentation Coordinate and schedule treatment start appointments Use of multiple computer programs for patient education, treatment planning, communication, and documentation Running reports and follow up with prospective patients and leads Work closely with the entire team to create a seamless patient experience What We're Looking For 1+ years of medical or dental front office experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Comfortable learning and using multiple computer programs Strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology preferred Insurance verification experience preferred A genuine desire to provide an exceptional patient experience What We Offer Competitive pay Paid time off Paid Holidays Full Benefits Team celebrations and occasional treats A supportive, positive work environment Opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges A team that appreciates coffee and good people!
