This dynamic role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating projects, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a seamless workflow that fosters creativity and productivity. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for maintaining an efficient and welcoming studio atmosphere. As the central point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors, you will play a vital role in supporting the studio's success and growth. Duties Oversee furnishings procurement and track orders Coordinate furniture installs Make payments for office and client expenses and record in accounting software Send monthly client invoices, collect and record payments File paperwork and electronic files Perform general office tasks and run errands Maintain well-organized documents Depending on candidate's experience, there is an opportunity for the role to expand to include more in depth bookkeeping, monthly reconciling and filing monthly taxes Etc. Qualifications Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects Self-starter and problem solver Willingness to learn and adapt to our systems Excellent communication skills and follow through Previous experience working for an interior design firm Understanding of procurement workflow Experience with Studio Designer software is a plus
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
