Dental Treatment Coordinator Dynamic Dental Care | Spokane, WA Full-Time Dynamic Dental Care is looking for a confident, organized, and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, explaining treatment clearly, and helping people overcome financial or scheduling barriers to receiving the care they need. Our Treatment Coordinator plays an important role in both the patient experience and the success of our practice. You will work closely with our doctors, clinical team, and front office to ensure patients feel informed, supported, and confident moving forward with treatment. Key Responsibilities Present recommended treatment plans in a clear, caring, and confident manner Help patients understand the value and importance of their dental care Review treatment costs, insurance estimates, and payment options Discuss financing options and help patients find solutions that fit their needs Schedule treatment and follow up with patients who have unscheduled care Maintain accurate treatment notes and follow-up records Coordinate appointments involving multiple procedures or providers Work with the clinical team to ensure smooth communication and scheduling Track treatment acceptance and identify opportunities for improvement Provide an exceptional experience from consultation through completed care What We're Looking For Previous dental office experience strongly preferred Treatment coordination or dental insurance experience is a plus Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable discussing fees, financing, and treatment decisions Confident, positive, and professional Organized and dependable with strong attention to detail Able to follow established systems and consistently complete follow-ups Team-oriented and willing to support the needs of the practice Familiarity with dental terminology and practice-management software preferred Our Ideal Candidate You genuinely care about people and understand that treatment coordination is not about pressuring patients—it is about educating them, listening to their concerns, and helping them say yes to care that can improve their health and confidence.
