Dental Treatment Coordinator

About the Role The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in the success of the practice by guiding patients through their treatment journey, from understanding their needs to confidently moving forward with care. This position works closely with our doctors and the Practice Manager to manage patient flow, support production goals, and ensure a seamless and positive patient experience. This is a results-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys both patient interaction and achieving measurable goals . What You'll Do Build trust with patients by clearly explaining treatment plans, timelines, and financial options Guide patients through financial conversations, including payment options and collections Manage and optimize the doctor's schedule to support productivity and efficiency Collaborate with clinical and front office teams to ensure a smooth patient experience Communicate with patients in person, by phone, and via email Track and manage key performance metrics related to treatment acceptance and production Maintain organization and flow across all aspects of the doctor's patient accounts What Success Looks Like Strong case acceptance and patient follow-through Consistent achievement of monthly production and collection goals Positive patient relationships and clear communication A well-managed, productive schedule A supportive and collaborative team environment What We're Looking For Confident communicator who can build trust quickly with patients Strong sales or consultative experience (healthcare or service-based preferred) Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team Professional, dependable, and solutions-oriented Requirements 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role preferred Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required Strong communication and basic financial conversation skills Comfortable working with goals, metrics, and performance expectations Menomonie Street Dental is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
