Patient Care Coordinator Patient Care Coordinator Roles:
  • This is not a desk job
  • you will be busy moving from the standing front desk to other parts of the office, not a lot of time sitting at a desk in an office
  • Patient greeting/interaction
  • Managing the office flow of multiple chiropractors
  • Scheduling & answering phone
  • Customer Service skills
  • Handling financials and credit card billing
  • Computer Savviness
  • Ability to multitask and detail oriented
  • Must be comfortable talking with patients and creating relationships
  • Willingness to obtain different training and skill set Estimated Hours for this position:
  • Enjoy half days Tuesday, Thursday and Friday while still working full time hours!
Monday:
7:00-12:30 & 2-6:15 pm
Tuesday:
11:00-6:00 pm Wednesday 7:00-12:30 & 2-6:15 pm Thursday 11:00
  • 6:15 pm Friday 7:00
