Job Description
Larson Chiropractic is looking to add a dependable, adaptable, and upbeat Chiropractic Assistant (CA) to our team. We are a growing multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to helping our patients achieve their best health and overall wellness. Our team is built on compassion, teamwork, and professionalism, all within a supportive and positive environment. We're seeking someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with and helping people, can multitask effectively, and is eager to be part of a collaborative, team oriented healthcare practice. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients by name with a friendly, professional demeanor Guide patients to treatment or exam rooms while ensuring rooms are clean and organized and ready for care. Obtain and accurately record patient health information and keep electronic medical records (EMR) up to date. Assist the chiropractor during patient treatments and therapies Maintain treatment areas and equipment in a clean, orderly condition Support front desk operations as needed, including, scheduling, checking in/out patients, answering phones, processing payments, etc. Help maintain smooth patient flow and contribute to a positive and welcoming experience for each patient. Qualifications Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred (experience in a chiropractic or therapy setting is a plus) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional manner Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work efficiency in a fast paced, team oriented environment and move quickly between patient rooms.
