Job Description

Overview Centre Spine & Wellness is seeking a motivated, personable, and clinically driven Doctor of Chiropractic to join our growing practice in Centre, Alabama. Our clinic focuses on conservative, non-surgical care for patients suffering from back pain, neck pain, knee pain, joint dysfunction, and other musculoskeletal conditions. In addition to chiropractic care, our treatment model incorporates advanced therapies such as spinal decompression, knee decompression, shockwave therapy, Class IV laser therapy, rehabilitation, and wellness-focused care. We are looking for a chiropractor who is confident with patients, committed to excellent clinical outcomes, and interested in growing alongside a developing practice. This is an opportunity to become an important part of a clinic being built for long-term growth. Not simply step into a high-volume adjustment position. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient consultations, histories, and physical examinations. Evaluate musculoskeletal complaints and determine appropriate conservative treatment options. Review X-rays and other available diagnostic imaging when clinically appropriate. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient presentation, goals, and clinical findings. Perform chiropractic adjustments utilizing diversified and other appropriate techniques. Provide or oversee manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation, and mobility work as appropriate. Identify patients who may benefit from spinal decompression, knee decompression, shockwave therapy, Class IV laser therapy, and other available treatment options. Clearly explain examination findings, diagnoses, and recommended care plans to patients. Monitor patient progress through follow-up examinations and modify care plans when clinically appropriate. Educate patients regarding posture, movement, injury prevention, lifestyle habits, and long-term musculoskeletal health. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the clinic's electronic health record system. Collaborate with other providers and team members to provide a high-quality patient experience. Maintain professional, ethical, and patient-centered standards of care. Qualifications Required Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college. Active Alabama chiropractic license or ability to obtain Alabama licensure. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and musculoskeletal conditions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently explain clinical findings and treatment recommendations to patients. Commitment to ethical, evidence-informed, patient-centered care. Reliable, professional, organized, and team-oriented. Preferred Experience with diversified chiropractic technique. Experience treating spinal, knee, shoulder, hip, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Experience reviewing diagnostic imaging. Familiarity with spinal decompression. Familiarity with shockwave therapy. Familiarity with Class IV laser therapy. Experience with rehabilitation or corrective exercise. Experience with EMR/EHR documentation. Experience with our specific treatment technologies is preferred but not required. Training can be provided for the right candidate. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
