•95,000+ Job Overview We are seeking a confident, compassionate, and hands-on Associate Chiropractor to join our growing Avondale practice. Our clinic primarily treats Personal Injury (PI) patients, along with a smaller population of cash/non-insurance patients. This position is designed for a doctor who wants to focus on clinical care—not sales or marketing . There are no outside networking requirements, no selling memberships, and no pressure to close patients or present sales-driven care plans.

Your focus will be straightforward:

evaluate patients, deliver excellent chiropractic care, document appropriately, monitor progress, and help patients recover.

8:00 AM-12:00 PM & 1:00 PM-6:00

PM Tuesday:

1:00 PM-6:00

PM Wednesday:

8:00 AM-12:00 PM & 1:00 PM-6:00

PM Thursday:

1:00 PM-6:00

PM Friday:

8:00 AM-12:00 PM & 1:00 PM-6:00 PM Approximately 37 scheduled hours per week . What You'll Do Perform initial chiropractic evaluations, re-examinations, and final examinations Provide safe and effective chiropractic adjustments Treat primarily Personal Injury patients, including motor vehicle accident cases Monitor patient progress and modify treatment based on clinical presentation Educate patients regarding recovery, movement, home care, and chiropractic treatment Maintain clear, timely, and accurate EMR/EHR documentation Communicate effectively with patients and clinic staff Help patients reduce pain, restore function, and progress through their treatment plan Maintain high standards of professionalism and patient care What You Will NOT Be Expected to Do No outside marketing No attorney networking requirements No sales quotas No membership sales No pressure to "close" patients No sales-driven care plan presentations We want our doctors focused on patient care and clinical outcomes .

Patient Population Common conditions include:

Motor vehicle accident injuries Whiplash-associated disorders Neck and lower back pain Headaches Cervical and lumbar sprain/strain injuries Extremity complaints Other musculoskeletal injuries Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program Active Arizona chiropractic license in good standing Strong chiropractic adjusting skills Comfortable providing hands-on care Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication skills Ability to maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Personal Injury experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right doctor in PI treatment protocols and documentation. Spanish fluency is strongly preferred but not required.

Compensation Base Salary:

$85,000

•$90,000 per year Plus an annual performance bonus of $5,000
