Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Chiropractor to join our team on a growth, performance, and ownership/ equity pathway. As a key member of our team, you will deliver comprehensive patient care, develop personalized treatment plans, and participate in the growth of our practice through equity/ownership opportunities. Your expertise in musculoskeletal diagnostics, pain management, and evidence-based chiropractic techniques will be instrumental in improving patient outcomes and advancing our mission to provide exceptional healthcare. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient observations, physical assessments, and examinations to accurately diagnose musculoskeletal conditions. Develop and implement individualized care plans utilizing evidence-based chiropractic practices, including trigger point therapy, physical therapy modalities, and biomechanics analysis. Manage acute pain cases effectively through targeted interventions such as manual adjustments, soft tissue therapies, and pain medicine techniques. Perform comprehensive patient assessments incorporating medical terminology, physiology knowledge, and healthcare diagnosis principles to inform treatment strategies. Utilize EMR/EHR systems efficiently to document patient histories, treatment progress, and care plans with precision and compliance. Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications tailored to occupational health needs. Collaborate with other healthcare providers for multidisciplinary approaches when necessary and stay current with medical imaging and musculoskeletal diagnostics advancements. Experience Proven experience in primary care chiropractic practice with a strong focus on patient observation, physical examinations, and physical assessments. Demonstrated expertise in acute pain management, trigger point therapy, and patient rehabilitation techniques. Knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and medical imaging to support accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning. Familiarity with healthcare diagnosis processes and medical terminology essential for comprehensive patient care. Experience working with EMR/EHR systems for documentation and care coordination. Prior involvement in evidence-based practice approaches within musculoskeletal diagnostics and pain medicine is highly desirable. Strong communication skills combined with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment. Pay:
$105,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
