$95,000-$110,000 (Salary negotiable based on experience) Job Description & Requirements A growing, family-focused chiropractic clinic in Peoria, AZ , is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $95,000-$110,000 (negotiable based on experience), along with bonus, commission, and incentive opportunities. The associate will work approximately 31-40 hours per week , with a flexible schedule that can be negotiated based on the doctor's needs and the clinic's requirements. Expected patient volume ranges from 170-215 adjustments per week , with doctors typically spending 3-5 minutes per patient .
Key Responsibilities Include:
Performing patient consultations and examinations Taking and reviewing patient X-rays Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations Participating in care plan and financial discussions, with the CA team handling transactions Providing chiropractic adjustments using Manual, Diversified, Activator, Drop, and Webster techniques Conducting re-examinations and recommending ongoing care Supporting patient education workshops and internal referral initiatives Participating in professional development, seminars, and continuing education Contributing to social media and patient education content Educating patients on wellness and long-term chiropractic care The practice provides exercise recommendations primarily through home-care programs, while the CA team assists patients with low-level laser therapy. The clinic operates under a shared-patient model , providing care for individuals, families, pediatric patients, and prenatal patients. The practice incorporates both subluxation-based and symptom-based approaches, with an emphasis on chiropractic adjusting, wellness education, decompression, and functional care. The ideal candidate is a caregiver, entrepreneur, and business builder who is excited to contribute to the clinic's continued growth while helping support an established patient base. The associate will play an important role in increasing patient capacity and allowing the owner greater flexibility and time freedom. Training is available for the right candidate. Applicants must hold or be eligible to obtain an Arizona chiropractic license . Out-of-state chiropractors are welcome to apply. The practice is seeking a minimum two-year commitment to develop a long-term associate relationship.
