Take the next step in your career. We are a medical practice specializing in Federal workers' compensation cases, and we're expanding our team. This is not a typical chiropractic associate role. This person will work 1 on 1 with patients in a rehab/exercise environment with the ability to deliver chiropractic adjustments and manual therapy. This is a low volume practice compared to a high volume chiropractic office. We are inspirational, results-oriented, disciplined, accountable, transparent, and aligned.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform initial patient examinations and continuing functional evaluations. Treat patients by creating and using theraputic exercise, as well as chiropractic and manual therapy modalities Evaluate patients' physical condition and needs, developing a tailored rehabilitation program based on their unique challenges. Ensure excellent and compliant department documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurse practitioners, massage therapists, and other specialists, to ensure integrated care. Participate in team meetings and collaborate on patient case management. Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, their care plan.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities. Educate patients on exercises they can do at home for faster recovery and long-term health benefits.

Requirements:

A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution. Active Arizona Chiropractic license. 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a multidisciplinary or clinical setting, especially in the context of workers' compensation or trauma cases is preferred Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative environment and coordinate with other healthcare professionals. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
