Chiropractor Assistant Salt Family Chiropractic Chula Vista, CA Job Details Full-time From $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Teamwork Administrative experience Medical records Attention to detail Stocking Full Job Description Salt Family Chiropractic is a high volume, family-owned chiropractic practice serving the South Bay and greater San Diego community. Our office combines hands-on chiropractic care with modern treatment technology, including Class IV laser therapy, shockwave therapy, soft tissue therapy, and corrective exercise. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and patient-focused Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment . The ideal candidate is able to stay organized, take initiative, keep patient flow moving smoothly, and provide excellent care and customer service. Responsibilities Administer Class IV laser therapy and shockwave treatments according to doctor-prescribed protocols Prepare treatment areas and patients for therapy Help maintain an efficient flow of patients throughout the office Assist doctors and staff with daily clinical and patient-care needs Keep treatment rooms, equipment, and common areas clean, stocked, and organized Monitor and maintain treatment equipment and report any issues as needed Help ensure patients are moving smoothly through their appointments with minimal wait times Provide friendly, professional, and compassionate patient service Assist with administrative duties as needed, including scheduling, patient communication, phone calls, paperwork, and other front-office tasks Help maintain a positive, organized, and team-oriented work environment Perform other duties as assigned to support the daily operation of the practice The Ideal Candidate Is highly organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Can confidently manage multiple tasks and priorities at once Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is friendly, professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting with a diverse patient population Takes initiative Works well as part of a team but can also work independently Is comfortable learning and operating treatment equipment Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in keeping an organized workspace Qualifications Preferred, but not required: Previous experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, medical, or rehabilitation office Experience administering laser therapy, shockwave therapy, or other therapeutic modalities Previous medical or administrative experience Familiarity with patient scheduling or electronic health record systems We are willing to train the right candidate. Prior experience is less important than being dependable, organized, motivated, and eager to learn.

Full-time around 30 hours per week
Pay:
$20/hour
Schedule:
