We're a small, busy office, so we're really looking for the right person more than the perfect résumé. Someone who is friendly, upbeat, dependable, organized, good with people, and comfortable jumping in and helping wherever needed. If you have medical, chiropractic, PT, dental or other healthcare experience, great — but chiropractic experience is NOT required. We can train you. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive. Assist with patient intake processes, including collecting medical histories and updating records using medical software systems. Support chiropractors during examinations and treatments by preparing treatment rooms, positioning patients correctly, and handling necessary tools or supplies. Educate patients on post-treatment care, including nutritional guidance, and exercises to promote recovery. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes with attention to medical terminology and physiology knowledge. Support clinic operations by managing inventory of supplies, and ensuring compliance with health protocols. Communicate effectively with patients and their families about treatment procedures, answering questions clearly and empathetically. Experience Spanish/English bilingual proficiency is required for this position because the Chiropractic Assistant communicates directly with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients throughout the workday. Prior experience working in a healthcare setting or supporting medical professionals is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with medical software applications used for patient records management is advantageous, but not necessary; training will be provided. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology enhances your ability to assist effectively, but is not necessary. Strong communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration are essential. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion while supporting diverse patient needs.
