Associate Chiropractor & Nervous System Reset Program Director Your Health In Motion — Claremont & Pasadena Position Overview Your Health In Motion is seeking a motivated, energetic chiropractor who wants to do more than simply treat patients. This is a full-time position designed for a doctor who is passionate about chiropractic, nervous-system health, functional wellness, patient education, and practice growth. The doctor will work between our Claremont and Pasadena locations and will play an important role in expanding our signature Nervous System Reset Program. The ideal candidate is comfortable treating patients, educating people, building relationships, communicating the value of long-term wellness programs, participating in community outreach, and helping grow the practice. Primary Responsibilities Patient Care Provide chiropractic care at both YHIM locations Perform nervous-system and neurological assessments Educate patients regarding their findings and recommended care Conduct progress evaluations and reassessments Maintain accurate patient documentation Provide an exceptional patient experience Nervous System Reset Program The doctor will become one of the primary clinical ambassadors for the Nervous System Reset Program.

Responsibilities include:

Educating patients about the nervous system and the YHIM approach Conducting Nervous System Reset consultations Explaining program recommendations Helping appropriate patients understand their care options Conducting progress evaluations throughout the program Helping patients remain engaged and compliant Working with the YHIM team to continually improve the program Practice Growth This position includes an active growth component.

The doctor will:

Develop relationships within the local community Participate in workshops and educational events Build relationships with gyms, wellness professionals, businesses and community organizations Help generate new-patient opportunities Participate in social-media and educational content when appropriate Help introduce the Nervous System Reset Program to the broader community Follow up with prospective patients Help improve patient retention and program completion Schedule Full-time position working between the Claremont and Pasadena offices. The weekly schedule will be structured around patient demand, program consultations, community outreach, educational events and practice-development activities. Compensation Base Salary $80,000 per year The base salary compensates the doctor for clinical care, administrative responsibilities, patient education and scheduled practice-development activities. Performance Bonus Additional compensation is available based upon clearly defined performance metrics including: Nervous System Reset Program growth New-patient growth Practice collections Patient retention Program completion Community outreach Achievement of quarterly practice-growth targets Target total compensation: $90,000-$110,000+ Exceptional performers should have the opportunity to earn $120,000+ as the program and practice grow.
