As our Associate Chiropractor, you'll work within a multidisciplinary team using advanced neurological diagnostic and state of the art neuro-rehabilitation technology that most clinics don't have access to. You'll develop deep proficiency in neurological rehabilitation across vestibular, sensorimotor, and neuromuscular domains — and you'll grow your clinical autonomy and leadership capacity over time. The Role This is a hands-on clinical role with a strong patient communication and enrollment component. You'll perform neurological assessments, conduct consultations and reports of findings, and present treatment recommendations in a way that guides patients toward committing to and completing their care. You own the complete patient revenue cycle — from initial consultation through retesting and reevaluation — meeting individual performance benchmarks at each stage. You'll also administer neurological rehabilitation, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and train and lead a small team of rehabilitation therapists. You'll work closely with the Clinic Director and broader clinical team, and contribute to community outreach and clinic growth initiatives.
