This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on patient interaction , assisting with stretching and rehab , and supporting front desk operations to ensure a seamless patient experience. Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Rehab Support Assist providers with patient rooming and flow Perform guided stretching and basic rehab exercises (training provided) Prepare patients for treatments Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms Support chiropractic and neurological care procedures as needed Front Desk & Administrative Support Greet and check in/out patients with a professional, high-end approach Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars Answer phones and handle multiple lines efficiently Collect payments and verify patient information Assist with follow-ups and patient communication Qualifications Experience in chiropractic, rehab, or medical office preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with hands-on patient interaction (stretching, positioning) Highly organized and detail-oriented Proficient with computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Preferred (Not Required) Background in kinesiology, exercise science, or healthcare Experience with rehab/stretch therapy Prior front desk or medical receptionist experience What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Growth opportunities within a multi-specialty practice Supportive team environment Exposure to advanced chiropractic and neurological care
