What You Will Do Conduct new-patient consultations and comprehensive examinations Deliver clear, ethical, and clinically grounded Reports of Findings Provide safe, specific, and comfortable chiropractic adjustments Use Diversified manual adjusting as a primary technique Use instrument-assisted adjusting when appropriate for fragile, guarded, or sensitive patients Use flexion-distraction and other appropriate techniques for acute disc and spinal conditions Provide pediatric chiropractic care within your training and experience Order diagnostic imaging when clinically indicated and supported by documented clinical rationale Review and mark your own imaging using Clarity PACS Educate patients in clear, understandable language during every stage of care Perform scheduled progress examinations and wellness evaluations Participate in rotating Wednesday evening New Patient Orientations Complete accurate, individualized SOAP notes on the same day of service Document PART findings, functional goals, red-flag screening, and clinical progress Personally follow up with new-adjustment and acute-care patients when clinically appropriate Collaborate with our rehabilitation, medical, and administrative teams Monitor agreed-upon clinical and operational measures, including new patients, Day 1-to-Day 2 conversion, care-plan acceptance, patient retention, progress examinations, referrals, and patient outcomes You will not be expected to discuss financing in the treatment room. Our care coordinator manages financial conversations so you can remain focused on being the doctor. Required Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic institution Active California Doctor of Chiropractic license in good standing No pending disciplinary or board actions Appropriate California X-ray certification or permit for assigned duties Minimum of five years of clinical chiropractic experience Current CPR certification Eligibility for malpractice coverage through the practice Strong clinical judgment and red-flag screening skills Excellent documentation habits Confidence performing manual chiropractic adjustments Ability to communicate effectively with patients of different ages, backgrounds, and levels of health literacy Willingness to learn and follow established clinical and operational systems What We Are Really Looking ForExcellent Hands You can assess before you adjust. Your adjustments are specific, confident, appropriate, and comfortable. You understand that a powerful adjustment is not necessarily a forceful adjustment. Our interview process includes a professional, structured clinical-skills assessment. Exceptional Communication You can explain a disc condition to a frightened 68-year-old and a 15-year-old athlete in the same afternoon—and help both understand what is happening, what you recommend, and why. You do not hide behind complicated terminology. You educate without lecturing, communicate confidence without making promises, and help patients make informed decisions about their care. Strong Character You are coachable without being passive, confident without being arrogant, and accountable without making excuses. You arrive prepared. You follow through. You communicate directly and respectfully. When a patient is not progressing as expected, you reassess, collaborate, refer when appropriate, and do what is best for the patient. We hire for character and continue developing clinical skill and leadership. That order does not change.
