Our clinic integrates chiropractic care, spinal decompression, digital X-rays, and medical services provided by our Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive, non-surgical solutions for patients with spine and musculoskeletal conditions.
Position Overview:
As an Associate Chiropractor and Case Manager, you will play a key role in patient care, case management, and team collaboration. You will work closely with our Nurse Practitioner and support staff to provide high-quality, coordinated care in a modern, patient-centered environment.Responsibilities:
Perform thorough chiropractic evaluations, including history, orthopedic/neurological exams, and digital X-ray analysis Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on spinal decompression, chiropractic adjustments, and PRP Serve asCase Manager:
coordinate patient care between chiropractic and medical services, track progress, and ensure optimal outcomes Collaborate daily with the Nurse Practitioner on complex cases and co-manage patients requiring integrated care Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, and wellness strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of clinic protocolsRequirements:
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution Active Colorado chiropractic license (or ability to obtain prior to start Experience or strong interest in spinal decompression therapy preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to patient care Passion for multidisciplinary care and helping patients avoid unnecessary surgeryWhat We Offer:
