PM Job Summary:

Complete Staffing Solutions is seeking a Chiropractic Assistant for a direct-hire opportunity with a growing healthcare practice in Clearwater. The Chiropractic Assistant will work closely with the provider and patients, assisting with clinical support, patient treatments, intake, documentation, scheduling, and overall patient flow.

Responsibilities:

Work alongside the provider to provide clinical support Assist with patient treatments and therapy support Assist with patient exams and re-examinations Complete patient intake and collect medical histories Document patient information and notes in an EMR system Communicate patient progress to providers Educate and engage patients throughout their treatment Answer phones and assist with scheduling Support front-desk operations when needed Educate patients on equipment and available products Assist with inventory and supply management Maintain organized treatment and storage areas Support overall patient flow and daily clinic operations

Education:

High School Diploma/GED required Minimum 1 year of patient-facing clinical experience Medical terminology preferred EMR experience preferred Chiropractic or physical therapy experience strongly preferred

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
