In this role, you will provide comprehensive one on one care to Federal Employees injured on the job. You must be proficient in physical therapy, excersize and rehabilitations techniques. While utilizing evidence-based practices to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Y Duties Conduct thorough patient observations, including physical assessments and examinations to evaluate musculoskeletal health and identify underlying issues Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on acute pain management, rehabilitation, and overall wellness Perform chiropractic diversified techniques, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and other evidence-based treatment modalities Utilize medical imaging and biomechanics knowledge to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment effectiveness Manage patient care by providing education on physiology, anatomy, and injury prevention strategies Document all patient interactions accurately using EMR/EHR systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care and optimize treatment outcomes Requirements Valid chiropractic license in the applicable jurisdiction with current registration Proven experience in pain medicine, musculoskeletal diagnostics, and physical examinations Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and the musculoskeletal system Proficiency in medical terminology and healthcare diagnosis procedures Skilled in patient assessment techniques including physical assessments and client communication Experience with EMR/EHR documentation systems for accurate record-keeping Ability to perform physical assessments such as orthopedic tests and neurological evaluations Knowledge of medical imaging techniques relevant to chiropractic diagnostics Demonstrated expertise in patient treatment planning with a focus on evidence-based practice Prior experience in occupational health or primary care settings is advantageous Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to advancing holistic health solutions.
