Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient observations, including physical assessments and examinations, to accurately diagnose musculoskeletal conditions. Develop personalized care plans utilizing chiropractic diversified techniques, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and other evidence-based modalities. Manage acute pain episodes effectively through targeted treatment strategies and pain medicine principles. Perform physical assessments and utilize medical imaging and musculoskeletal diagnostics to inform diagnosis and treatment. Educate patients on physiology, anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention to promote long-term health benefits. Document all patient interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately within EMR/EHR systems. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate occupational health initiatives and optimize patient outcomes. Skills Extensive knowledge of the musculoskeletal system, anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. Proficiency in chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and physical examinations. Strong understanding of healthcare diagnosis, medical terminology, pain management strategies, and evidence-based practice principles. Experience in patient assessment, rehabilitation planning, and client communication to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Ability to interpret medical imaging results and utilize musculoskeletal diagnostics effectively. Skilled in developing detailed care plans that incorporate physical assessments and patient education. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation and record keeping.
