Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Associate Chiropractor to join our well-established chiropractic practice in Osprey, Florida. Our practice has been serving the community for over 35 years and has built a strong reputation for quality care, patient satisfaction, and long-term relationships. We are looking for an associate who is committed to helping grow the practice while providing exceptional care to patients of all ages. Why This Opportunity Stands Out Established practice with a 35-year history and loyal patient base Excellent Gulf Coast location with significant growth potential Percentage-based compensation structure that rewards productivity and initiative Opportunity to build your own patient following within an established practice Friendly, experienced, and supportive staff Collaborative team environment Long-term growth opportunity for the right candidate Diverse patient population, including families, pediatric patients, wellness care, personal injury, and insurance-based patients Responsibilities Perform patient consultations, examinations, and chiropractic evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments and care Educate patients on spinal health, wellness, posture, and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Collaborate effectively to ensure exceptional patient experiences Participate in practice growth initiatives, community outreach, networking, and patient retention efforts Build strong relationships with patients and referral sources Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics Qualifications Required Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college Active Florida chiropractic license (or ability to obtain one before start date) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-thinking on your feet is a must Strong work ethic and professional demeanor Team-oriented mindset Passion for patient care and wellness Desire to contribute to the long-term growth of the practice Preferred Experience treating family and pediatric patients Experience with personal injury and auto accident cases Familiarity with diversified and/or multiple chiropractic techniques Community involvement and relationship-building skills Previous private practice experience
