About the role The Vice President of Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive new business growth in commercial cleaning and facility services across Grupo EULEN's markets. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors throughout the facility Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and dispensers; restock supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures Clean glass doors, windows, and partitions as needed Wipe down and disinfect high-touch areas (door handles, light switches, handrails) Clean break rooms/kitchens, including countertops, sinks, and appliances Take out trash to designated dumpster/collection areas Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor Operate cleaning equipment (vacuums, floor buffers, etc.) safely and properly Follow all safety procedures and use PPE as required Secure the facility (lock doors, turn off lights) at the end of the shift Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
