Job Description
We are : Destiny Chiropractic is a family-oriented, education-based, subluxation-focused practice dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve better health through chiropractic care. We believe true healing comes from above, down, inside out, and we're passionate about creating a welcoming environment where patients feel cared for, supported, and empowered on their wellness journey. You will : Help keep our patients engaged in their goals and progress and keep the energy high in the office Need to have patience with adults and children, as this is also a customer service role. Need to have high energy, as this is an active, moving job Be using multitasking - this position requires that you'll be able to change directions at a moment's notice and then pick back up where you were prior Ultimately, be performing duties and responsibilities to ensure our practice welcomes patients of all ages positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. Position Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive in the practice Direct patients to the appropriate person and/or position in the office Someone who can be comfortable around children and the beautiful chaos that happens in our office when there are multiple families here all at the same time Ensure reception and waiting area is tidy and presentable Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Assist with patient care by applying ice, heat, and traction therapies as directed by the doctor. No prior experience is necessary—we will provide hands-on training for all procedures. Help patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit while maintaining a positive, friendly, and professional attitude. Best Skills for Position Be a cheerful, warm, caring and welcoming, as this person will be very involved in our patients care Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills and are mature, versatile, and adaptable Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks experience with customer service and computers/iPads A background or interest in fitness, exercise, or wellness is a plus, as you may assist patients with basic therapeutic exercises under the doctor's guidance (training will be provided) High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
