What success looks like In your first several months, success looks like steady growth in new patients, consistent weekly visit volume, and building the kind of trust that leads to strong retention and referrals. Compensation $85,000-$125, ,000 annually, depending on experience and performance. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary plus a percentage of profit sharing — as your ability to attract, convert, retain, and care for patients grows, your earning potential grows with it.
