In this vital role, you will work closely with chiropractors and patients to ensure smooth clinic operations, provide compassionate patient care, and assist in delivering comprehensive health services. Your proactive approach will help foster a welcoming environment that promotes healing, education, and overall well-being. Duties Greet patients warmly, assist with intake procedures, and gather detailed patient histories to facilitate effective assessments Support chiropractors during adjustments by preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment is sanitized and ready for use Assist with patient assessments by monitoring vital signs and documenting observations accurately using medical software systems Provide patient education on post-treatment care, nutrition, breastfeeding support, postpartum recovery, and other wellness topics Manage appointment scheduling via telehealth platforms and coordinate follow-up visits to optimize patient care continuity Maintain thorough records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with medical terminology standards Support families by working with pediatric patients during labor & delivery recovery or postpartum care sessions, ensuring comfort and understanding Qualifications Prior experience working with medical software and telehealth platforms is highly desirable Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to accurately assist in patient care activities Excellent client communication skills to effectively engage with diverse patient populations including families and new mothers Ability to perform patient assessments such as vital signs monitoring and basic physical evaluations Knowledge of nutrition counseling, breastfeeding support, postpartum care, and labor & delivery processes is a plus Experience providing Reiki services or other holistic therapies that promote healing and relaxation is advantageous Compassionate attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient service in a fast-paced environment Join us in making a meaningful difference by supporting patients on their journey to better health!
