Chiropractor, DC AICA Orthopedics | Atlanta Metro & Macon, GA Up to $120,000 DOE + Performance Bonuses About AICA Orthopedics AICA Orthopedics is Georgia's largest integrated orthopedic network — 21 clinics, 3 surgery centers, 45+ chiropractors — where DCs practice alongside orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, anesthesiologists, and physical therapists. This is injury-focused, evidence-based care at a level most chiropractors never access in private practice. Locations We are actively hiring across the entire Metro Atlanta area, with additional openings in Macon, Gainesville, Athens, and Winder. These are growth positions — we are opening 3-5 new clinics in 2026 and building the teams to staff them. With 21 clinics throughout Georgia, there is likely a location close to where you live. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive orthopedic and neurological evaluations — joint and spine testing, neurological packages, and detailed patient histories Take, review, and interpret x-rays; order and evaluate advanced imaging (MRI, CT) for sub-acute injury management Treat, document, and manage all aspects of a patient's care and personal injury case, including PI/third-party liability service liens Perform chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, manipulation under anesthesia (MUA), cold laser therapy, and concussion protocols Co-manage complex cases with orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, anesthesiologists, and physical therapists Maintain clinic schedule: Mon/Thu 9:30a-7p, Tue/Wed 9a-6p, Fri 9a-5p; rotating weekend shifts Occasional travel to nearby AICA locations for coverage as needed — typically within30-45 minutes of your home clinic Partner with the practice manager to maintain a clean, safe, and well-staffed clinic environment Why Practitioners Choose AICA Access to resources most DCs can only dream of — advanced imaging, specialist co-management, injection protocols Focus on being a doctor: scheduling, billing, therapy administration, and phone calls are handled for you Clear advancement path: Staff Chiropractor ? Administrator — many providers have 10+ years here A community of 45+ chiropractors sharing knowledge across 21 locations Manageable pace: 25-30 patients per day on average, with full tech and admin support No marketing, no overhead, no private practice risk — steady caseload from day one Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from an accredited program with certification for therapeutic modalities — new graduates welcome Georgia chiropractic license (or eligibility) Strong orthopedic and neurological examination skills; proficiency with all standard joint and spine orthopedic tests Solid x-ray competency and working knowledge of MRI/CT interpretation in a PI context Familiarity with personal injury and third-party liability service liens preferred Ability to make sound clinical decisions quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communicator and team player — comfortable working with staff, licensed providers, and executive leadership Willingness to travel between AICA clinic locations as needed Compensation & Benefits Base salary: Up to $120,000 depending on experience Monthly performance bonuses based on patient visit volume and clinical outcomes Full benefits package 2-3 weeks paid time off (based on tenure) Continuing education reimbursement + additional CE PTO Reasonable on-call rotation (~5 weekends/year) with additional compensation for weekend coverage Locations We are actively hiring across the entire Metro Atlanta area, with additional openings in Macon, Gainesville, Athens, and Winder.
