The schedule will be some combination of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday — no Fridays and no Saturday rotation. We will settle the exact days and hours together based on whether you are looking for full-time or part-time. About Us Buckhead & Gwinnett Spine Specialists is a rehabilitative, multidisciplinary practice built on a simple idea: provide the best possible care to every patient who comes through our doors. Our primary specialties are personal injury and disc-related injuries, treated through health insurance or cash plans. Many of our patients are severe cases who come to us hoping to avoid surgery, and a meaningful part of our work is spinal decompression, personal injury care, and getting people back to their lives. This opening is at our Gwinnett office , where the need is most immediate. There is occasional opportunity to cover at our Buckhead location, but this role is based in Gwinnett. The Role You will be treating patients — that is it. You will not be responsible for marketing, generating your own patient base, selling care plans, or attending networking events. We handle all of that. Your day belongs to patient care and the documentation that supports it. A significant portion of our Gwinnett patient base is personal injury, which means: Clear, thorough documentation is part of the job, not an afterthought. These records follow the patient into their case. You will work closely with our PI team on care plans, referrals, and case coordination. You will be the director of each patient's care plan, with a referral base inside and outside the office to draw on. Who We're Looking For Licensed (or license-eligible) in Georgia Confident adjusting hands and comfortable with high patient volume Familiar with EHR systems and able to keep records current (we use ChiroTouch) A friendly, energetic presence and a real sense of urgency — patients notice both Eager to learn. New graduates are welcome; we provide full training and mentorship so you can confidently treat any patient who walks in, in any phase of care What We Provide Full technique flexibility — Cox flexion-distraction, Thompson, activator, and diversified, chosen for the patient in front of you. We also offer spinal decompression (IDD). You will have a full support team behind you as well: chiropractic assistants, a physical therapist, an MD, and a massage therapist on staff. Beyond the tools, you have other providers around you. Our doctors are in regular contact with each other, cases get reviewed, and no one is left guessing on a complicated patient. Compensation & Benefits $75,000 - $100,000 annually for full-time, commensurate with experience.
