Position:
This is an Independent Contractor role under United Chiropractic Center. With over 15 years of successful practice policies and procedures, we offer invaluable knowledge to help you: Build and grow a wellness-focused, cash-based practice. Serve a large patient base while maintaining financial stability. Create a life and career you love. This position is not for the faint-hearted. You'll need to: Study and memorize our systems. Practice consistently, including recording yourself to perfect your skills. Attend outreach events and actively engage with the local community. We will guide and mentor you every step of the way, but you must be a fast learner who genuinely loves connecting with people.
The Three-Phase Process:
Phase 1: Training (First Month) Learn and internalize UCC's practice flow, policies, and procedures to run your practice effectively. Begin Outreach & Weekly Screenings Phase 2: Building (Months 2-24) Gain support as you grow your patient base through community outreach, workshops, screenings, referrals, and B2B connections. Phase 3: Expansion (Optional) After two years, you may opt to open a satellite branch of United Chiropractic Center or renew your contract. The goal is to help you grow with us and/or move out on your own eventually.
Compensation:

Patient Acquisition Training:
No prior experience? No problem. Month 1: Learn Procedures and Outreach Minimum expectation: Sign 10 new patients per week 10-20hrs outreach a week.
Outcome:
Generate 40-50 new patients monthly, with our support to ensure success.

Training goal:
100 patient visits (PV) per week by Month 3 .
